More About Coach Derek
I have coached performance course from 2023-2025. Coached high school and middle school athletes. I currently work at D1 training right now coaching the youth athletes and adults.
I didn’t really have any accomplishments athleticely. I didn’t compete beyond high school. I did win star of the year my senior year of summer workouts.
I focus on both gaining muscle and losing fat. I also train football players mainly defensive line, tight end, and linebackers. I usually start with warmup than performance related then weight training then conditioning than cool down.
