More About Coach Meech

I have been training athletes at the college level, and junior and seniors in high school since 2013. I’m personally a professional athlete and fitness coach. Play basketball professionally and worked as a graduate manager for the basketball team and strength and conditioning staff at UNCC from 2013-2014. I’ve personally been fitness and strength training since 2006.
