More About Coach David

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and have held the title for four years. I also have a nutrition certification. I have worked with individuals and group classes at UC Davis for four years. I have trained an array of individuals including but not limited to college athletes and senior citizens.

I have competed in 3 powerlifting competitions totaling over 1300 pounds across the bench squat and deadlift. In addition to the competitions I ran UC Davis’ powerlifting club for four years. Prior to these collegiate level competitions I was an all league football player at Poway high-school.

I start with a dynamic warm up to target the muscle groups we will be working that day. We will then move on to a compound exercise to develop strength and athleticism. From there we will do a circuit of more acute exercises to target specific muscle groups and maximize our time in a session.
