I have been coaching the throwing events for track and field for 5 years. 1 year at Harper College and 4 at Barrington High school. At Harper I had 4 national Champions and 12 All-Americans
Collegiate thrower at Harper College and North Central College. 2013 NJCAA National Champion in the hammer throw. All-Conference in shot put and hammer at North Central
Sessions typically last 1 hour and we will focus on the a specific throwing event per day. We will go through a proper warm up, drill and throw during the session
