More About Coach Dan

I have coached football and track and field (throws) for several seasons now. I have one season coaching the men and women's throwers at Harper College. Between the two groups we finished with 4 National Champions and 12 All-Americans. I also received the NJCAA Men's Assistant Coach of The Year Award. All of that was possible because my athletes worked hard and bought into not only the throwing practices I made for them, but also the strength and conditioning program I created for them. I am currently coaching football for the sophomore team at Barrington High School and for the girls track team.

High school-I played football, basketball and track and field for all 4 years of high school, competing at the varsity level

Harper College-Continued track and field where I was a part of a team that won a national championship in 2012 and I won the hammer throw in 2013

North Central- in two years we won 4 conference titles (2 indoor, 2 outdoor) I was a multiple time All-conference in shot put, hammer throw and weight throw

1 on 1 sessions are 30-60min

Group sessions are 45-60min
