More About Coach Daniel
With dozens of certifications ranging from corrective exercise specializations to nutrition coaching and sports performance, I’ve spent the last 8 years coaching a broad spectrum of individuals. I’ve completed thousands of sessions a year averaging 150-200 sessions a month so my experience is vast. I’ve coached professional fighters to multiple championships as well as teenage football, baseball and tennis players. While I enjoy training my athletes, some of the most rewarding work has come from my time spent with the middle aged and dearly populations helping them to work effectively around pain and in many cases out of pain entirely through strength.
As I enter my 40s I can look back on a lifetime of athletic and coaching achievements. From little league baseball championships, my time as an extreme sports athlete, and splitting time between bodybuilding and martial arts, I’ve most recently wrapped up my amateur kickboxing career to focus on the coaching side of the game. While strength work is my primary focus I’ve also become one hell of a mitt holder for individuals looking to learn martial arts or just get a sweat and burn some calories.
A typical session takes about an hour. Depending on the style of workout I’ll determine whether static stretching or a dynamic workout fits best for that given day. Core work will always be a part of the session whether it’s incorporated during our supersets or in a stand alone circuit. Each individual will experience unique and custom weight lifting/ athletic programming based on their movement assessment and limitations. In many cases we’ll end with a cardio burnout.
