More About Coach Dajarin
I have been coach track and field for the past 6 years. Right now I coach at Lane Tech College Prep and work with the jumpers and sprinters. During my time here I have coached multiple State qualifiers, All-State athletes, National qualifiers, along with multiple school records in both the long jump and triple jump. I work with ages 9 through post collegiate. I also have a NASM certified personal training certification.
In college I was a NCAA Division 1 triple jumper for DePaul University. In 2013 I finished fourth in the triple jump at the Big East Indoor Championships. In high school I competed in both varsity basketball and track and field.
A client can expect a high focus on attention to detail. I am very specific when it comes to movement and learning how to move efficiently. With that being said I also break the concept down into simple cues so that athletes can better understand and relate. Every session has video analysis so that I can break down what the client is doing well and what I would like to see improved. Again my biggest thing is movement, especially for the jumping and sprinting.
