More About Coach Cravon

Over the past several years, I have worked as a speed and performance coach, helping young athletes improve their athleticism and reach their full potential. My coaching focuses on developing speed, acceleration, agility, coordination, and overall movement efficiency. Through structured training sessions, I have helped athletes become faster, more explosive, and more confident in their abilities. I work with athletes of various ages and skill levels, creating a positive environment that promotes hard work, discipline, and personal growth. My goal is to provide athletes with the tools and techniques needed to improve performance and succeed both in sports and in life.

My athletic career has been defined by success at the high school, collegiate, national, and international levels. In high school, I helped lead my team to state championship success while earning recognition as one of the top sprinters in the state and breaking school records. I continued my track and field career at the University of Oregon, where I competed at the NCAA Championships and contributed to one of the nation’s premier collegiate track programs. Throughout my career, I have broken school records at both the high school and collegiate levels. Internationally, I earned a spot on the U.S. Olympic Team and have represented my country in major competitions around the world. My accomplishments include winning a gold medal at the World Championships and a bronze medal at the Pan American Games. Today, I remain an active professional athlete, continuing to compete at the highest level of the sport.

My training sessions are designed to meet each athlete at their current skill level while helping them develop the speed, explosiveness, and athletic ability needed to excel in their sport. Every athlete begins by learning the fundamentals of proper movement, including running mechanics, posture, coordination, and technique. Sessions will include drills that focus on acceleration, footwork, body control, and overall movement efficiency to build a strong foundation.

As athletes progress, training becomes more advanced and sport-specific, incorporating speed development, power training, reaction work, agility exercises, and explosive movement drills. Each session is structured to improve performance while emphasizing proper technique and injury prevention. My goal is to help athletes move more efficiently, run faster, and develop greater athleticism that translates directly to success on the field, court, track, or in any sport they participate in.
