More About Coach Cortez

I have been training and coaching for over 10 years. I have coach on the high school, middle school and lil league level. I have work at Several high schools as the Defensive Back and Wide Receiver Coach. I also served as the strength and conditioning coach. I have had the opportunity to train college and pro athletes. I serve as an Head Varsity Basketball & Track Coach.

My athletic career started at the age of 5,I played football,baseball & basketball from then to my senior year of high school. I was an 1st team all district performer in all 3 sports also was awarded New Orleans Saints player of the week. After my senior year, I went on to play Defensive back for Chadron State college after transferring to Jackson State University. I played there from 2013-2017. I was awarded with a Scholarship to Chadron and after walking on at Jackson State State I earned a Scholarship. After my college career I decided to start training and coaching.

During a session with me clients can expect to get taught the proper way to improve their game, become faster and stronger. During my session clients will be taught the proper way of how to do drills, exercises and recovery. During my session I will focus on techniques & development. Once I teach the technique I then focus on drills that relate to the technique they have learn to be able to apply it to their performance
