More About Coach Collin
I spent two years coaching high school and middle school athletes at St. Stephen’s Episcopal School in Austin, Tx. Also, I coached and trained Adults during this time period for AISD public school district, and Texas Department of Transportation. I have a level 1 USATF coaching certification. I typically work with all age groups. I would prefer to work with high school cross country or Track runners specializing in long distance events. I would like to help out all levels of runners. I can help high school runners who are looking to get a college scholarship in cross country or track.

I love coaching because it gives me an opportunity to pass on my knowledge to others. Whether that be stretching and warm up techniques, injury prevention, recovery techniques, and just overall advice to help individuals get the most out of their training.
Typical session will include overview of the workout and its importance. Warm up, drills. Timing during the work out. Cool down and recovery advice. And a break down of how the workout went, areas to improve on. Some early sessions will also include a meeting on goals and timeline of workouts to achieve them.
