I have experience coaching and training athletes at various levels, from junior college to university level. I have worked with a wide range of age groups, primarily focusing on high school and college athletes. My background includes playing football at Western Oregon University as well as at the junior college level. I hold a bachelor’s degree in health and social sciences, which has provided me with a solid foundation in understanding the physical and social aspects of athlete development. I also possess industry certifications relevant to sports coaching and training.
I played NCAA Division II football at Western Oregon University and also competed at the junior college level. My athletic accomplishments include being offered over 30 full scholarships for my performance and potential. Additionally, I’ve received job offers at the professional level, highlighting my skills and dedication to the sport.
In a typical session with me, clients can expect a personalized approach tailored to their individual needs and goals. I start by assessing the athlete’s current performance level and understanding their specific objectives. Based on this assessment, I design a customized program that may include specific drills, techniques, and conditioning exercises.
During the session, I focus on improving fundamental skills, enhancing strength and conditioning, and developing sport-specific techniques. I ensure that each drill and exercise is aligned with the athlete’s goals, whether they are looking to improve speed, agility, power, or overall performance.
