Each session is geared specifically toward the individual client. Prior to our first session, I will contact the client to determine a baseline of information, including: past athletic/fitness history, injuries (past or present), current goals and any other pertinent information. These in-depth conversations will help in tailoring our sessions. Once we have established a starting point, I will design a detailed training program consisting primarily of exercises geared toward their fitness goals, keeping in mind what I learned in our initial assessment. A client can expect a challenging yet fundamentally customized workout designed for their needs.

I pride myself on being “hands-on” so don’t be surprised if I jump into help motivate and push you. As a coach, I am not doing my job if the client is not fully challenged. We can either coach a behavior or we can accept a behavior and with that comes an utmost and keen eye to the little things (DETAILS). With that, I GUARANTEE A HIGH DEGREE OF TRAINING.

Sessions will include: a dynamic warm-up, corrective exercises (if necessary), strength training (based on individual's needs/wants), HIIT to improve cardio and muscle endurance, and a cool down/stretching. The individual just has to show up for the hour and everything will be taken care of...assessment, coaching, strength program, stretching, and more. Nutritional advice will be included as well to maximize results.

Coach Chris is a great coach! He taught my son many things which included dribbling, shooting, and endurance. We first start with dribbling drills in the first class then we moved on to more movement based things like layups then they practiced shooting forms which is a thing my son isn't good at. He gave affective homework assignments to do at home that was both useful and as I said effective. Great coach overall!

Coach Chris is preparing me for my Cadet Fitness Assessment, a requirement for admissions to the Air Force Academy. I’ve been a bit idle for the last few months, but he has motivated me to push my limits and gain the strength and endurance I need.
