More About Coach Caity
With 8 years of experience as a fitness professional and personal trainer - I have worked with all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life from 4-85 years old. Coordination, mind to body connection, injury prevention, injury rehab, core strength, balance and stability, strength, agility, as well as beginner - intermediate boxing, kick boxing, and Muay Thai for youth and adults. I have helped many individuals bounce back from ACL, meniscus, MCL, and other various knee injuries.
14 years on my own fitness journey and 8 years of boxing experience with over 1,000 rounds of sparring under my belt. I have overcome a blown out ACL and knee reconstruction surgery.
While each session is completely individualized - I always start with a quick full body evaluation and deep health check in, then move right into a dynamic warm up and injury prevention drills before we get to the bulk of the training session which will vary depending on the individual goals and needs. Strength, Power, Coordination, Balance, Cardio. And then cool down and discuss fitness homework to be completed before the next session.
