I have been involved in the sport as an athlete for more than 30 years. I competed at the varsity level for 4 years at the high school and Division III level, continuing after college with a club team. I have coached for more than 20 years at the high school, collegiate and club levels. I have coached both women and men, distance runners, sprinters/hurdlers and most field events.
Several of the athletes I have coached set school records, obtained college scholarships, qualified for HS State Championship, Collegiate National Championship and Post-Collegiate National Championship meets.

Great practice session with Coach Bill- he was very helpful giving my daughter guidance and some new techniques to try in practicing her throwing (She only does throwing/ field events). Coach Bill was quite knowledgeable about the mechanics of throwing, and as my daughter practices and uses his suggestions she should get more distance (and confidence) in her throwing.
