More About Coach Avery
High school and collegiate strength and conditioning experience. Worked at Serra Catholic High-school, Pennwest University and Hood College. Worked as a track and field coach which involved running training sessions on the track as well as the weight room. Typically work with High-school and college athletes. I have certifications through Nasm performance enhancement specialist, Exos performance enhancement specialist, Nase level II coach, Usatf level 1 coach.
Competed in college track and field at Penn-West University earning all conference multiple times. I competed in the 200m, 400m , 800m, 400m hurdles, and triple jump events.
Session includes personalized program to meet Atheltic goals and needs. This can range from power development, strength development, hypertrophy development, and/or conditioning development to meet sporting needs. Sessions may include the use of a vertical jump mat and velocity based training. Athletes need can be met through a variety of goals such as increasing vertical jump height, increasing speed, increasing strength, increasing size, and /or improving agility.

Coach Avery has been working with my 15 year old son for the past 6 weeks. My son is a high school football player going into his sophomore year.
