More About Coach Arzoo
I have hands on experience coaching group fitness classes and personal training in multiple roles. I teach group fitness classes with OutFit and I am a sports performance specialist for youth athletes ages 7-18 at Redline Athletics. I also do online coaching and personal training through my own company ZADA'S Sports Performance and Fitness. I have my Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science and my Master's in Sports Science both from Nova Southeastern University. I am working on my NASM CPT and SPS currently.
I played Softball and Soccer in high school and continued Club soccer in University. I love th game of football as well, but have played tackle for fun. I have a strong passion for soccer, and love teaching agility/conditioning sessions for athletes. During my internships in Graduate school I worked at Bommarito's Sports Performance where I worked with NFL players and retired NFL Players. This role taught me a lot about athletic programming and how sessions are run. I also have experience with NFL and UFC fighters in research settings during my time at NSU. I was chosen to present my research at my Undergraduate symposium for the NFL Combine where I had done series of tests on players in different positions.
For new members I will conduct an initial test to see their baseline for different movements. Categories will include strength and Conditioning. From the initial test we will talk about goals, diet, and what their schedule looks like to fit in movements. My goal is to build a connection with the client and identify what they need help with. From that point I will create a program for them depending on their goals. If they are an athlete it will include more conditioning such as drills, agility, jumps ect. and strength training. If they want to just be an active adult then I would focus on some cardio, endurance, and strength training. My current members and clients would describe me as very passionate, motivating, and vocal. My sessions include a lot of teaching and cueing to insure my clients have good form. I put a lot of focus on intensity and proper form to avoid injury and promote longevity.
