More About Coach Angee
I have coached track, cross country, basketball and volleyball on the high school level bringing athletes to personal records and school records. I have served as an individual coach for athletes wanting to step up their game.
Currently competes in local distance races in the summer and indoor track and field. I have competed professional here and overseas.

After talking about the clients goal, I design he workouts to fit their needs. I emphasize fitness and core stability along with technique and form. Starting with a general dynamic workout, I make sure an athlete is properly warmed up. After that, specific drills are performed before the Amin goal oriented workout.

My son goes to track practice at school 5 days a week. He learned more in one hour with coach Angee than what he did all season at school practices. I know part of that is the lack of coaching from his team, but coach Angee CLEARLY knows what she’s doing and how to educate her athletes. 5 sessions with coach Angee is the sole reason as to why my son’s 100m time dropped .82 seconds in 1 season.

She is super impressive! This lady knows what she is talking about. She was able to pin point certain aspects of my daughters stride within seconds. Just knowing why she runs the way she does is key in being able to modify elements to better her times. Coach Angee really does a great job in developing an individual training plan tailored to my daughter. You can tell that Coach Angee loves her sport and what she does!
