I played football at a high level, earning All-Mountain West Conference honors at San Diego State from 2006-2010. I served as Team Captain and was named Poinsettia Bowl MVP in 2010. At SDSU, I played Linebacker and Safety, recording 240 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, 4 interceptions, and 4 sacks. After college, I played and coached professionally in Europe (Germany, Switzerland, and Sweden) from 2012-2016. I specialize in skills training for defensive backs, running backs, linebackers, and wide receivers, as well as speed, strength, agility, and mental focus training. I also have a full gym in my garage for strength training sessions.

Our sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up to enhance flexibility, speed, agility, and explosiveness. We then move to position-specific drills tailored to the athlete's goals and potential fit. Each session also includes a mental component, focusing on personal connection and mentorship. I aim to make a positive impact on each athlete, providing guidance and support beyond just their physical development.
