More About Coach Andrew
I played football at a high level, I was an All-Mountain West Conference Player at San Diego State from 2006-2010. Team Captain and Poinsettia Bowl MVP in 2010. I played Linebacker and Safety at SDSU, racking up 240 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, 4 Interceptions, and 4 sacks. After SDSU, I played and coached professionally in Europe (Germany, Switzerland, and Sweden) from 2012-2016. I specialize in skills training for defensive backs, running backs, linebackers and wide receivers. I also provide speed, strength, agility, and mental focus training. I have full gym in my garage for strength training sessions (see photos in profile).

We always will have a dynamic warm-up to start the session to work on flexibility, speed, agility, and explosiveness. After that, we will design different drills depending on the day and depending on what position the athlete would like to play, or where I see the best fit for the athlete. There will be a mental aspect to the training session as well. Not only will we work on his/her skills on the field and athletic ability, I want to connect with them on a personal level and get to know them. I know how important it is to have a positive mentor outside of your parents/close family and I would love to make a positive impact on whoever I train.
