More About Coach Andrew

Combined with NFL professional playing experience as well as over two decades of coaching adults and youth, my expertise has contributed to the development and progression of student athletes transitioning to the next level, professional athletes during their off season while also providing nutritional guidance in order for the athlete to achieve their true potential. Being ISSA certified and a performance coach, I specialize in (but not limited to) Speed training, Running Back training, Strength and Conditioning.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of serving as the Lead Running Back coach for National Football Academy, Running Back Coach for East Texas University, Strength and Conditioning Coach for Verbum Dei Jesuit High School, Dominguez High School, University Highschool as well as George Washington Highschool. I also served as the Athletic Director Animo South Los Angeles Highschool. In addition to personally training clients, I am also the Speed and Strength coach for the Woman's rphxcelerate track team.

Throughout my career I pride myself on raising the bar for my athletes and clients so that they can be perform the best they can at any level of their athletic career.

I'm not a yeller and a screamer, I am a teacher I teach the why's! My training is deliberate! First session is always an evaluation. I need to gather information on the athlete, mobility & stability, strength and lifting technique...etc. Every session starts with a moving dynamic warm up followed by a static stretch. Depending on the sport and time of the year for the athlete, we will do strength training, hypertrophy or in season maintenance lifting. We will also do plyometrics, sport and position specific exercises and movements followed by a cool down. All sessions typically last 75 minutes depending on the age.
