I begin every session with stretches and warmups which includes footwork (every Session). We go through skill specific drills to determine the athletes strong and weak points. Also go through designed drills that will challenge the athletes to enhance their skills. Calculate measurables such as height and weight as well as their 40 yard dash, shuttle, vertical, and football knowledge and set goals to help improve them. We will end with a sit and talk to discuss the days training and thoughts and discuss how we can improve the next training session.
