I'm a former high school three sport standout from Thornton in Harvey, illinois. I received a full football scholarship to attend the University Of Louisville. I played running back and my coach was the legendary Howard Schnellenberger. I also was drafted in baseball coming out of high school but choose to sign a letter of intent to play football with the understanding I could play baseball also. I received several awards in football such as All Area Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun - Times,First Team All State,Honorable mention All American. I coached and trained some of the best athletes not only at Thornton but throughout the state of Illinois and other state as well. I coached on the freshmen level by choice because in my opinion this is the most important time of the development stage, to start teaching skills, techniques,discipline and leadership. I have several kids who played under me as freshmen c/o 2013 that graduated and are playing college football 🏈 baseball ⚾ basketball 🏀 & track & field. 2011 January I sent five kids to compete in an invitation only National Combine Called the Junior Ranks in L.A . Only the Top 300 underclassmen in the United States to compete. In January 18 senior I trained got invite to compete in The Max Emfinger All American Game, Location in mobile,Alabama .

My sessions work on core,upper and lower body balance,strength,speed,quickness and endurance. I work on foot speed (ladder drills), explosive movement,(jumping boxes) reaction,(ball toss) I'm very flexible I can adjust and train to your individual needs,age and gender. So if your looking to get your son or daughter to the next level, I'm the man you been praying for!

I was one of the Top Running Back to come out of the State of Illinois and also the nation , I was a three sport athlete who had over 15 scholarship offers.

It's a 12 week plan we will focus on Speed, Quickness, Strength, Agility,Balance,Endurance and conditioning. I have a program that is proven to work with kids starting from age 6 to adulthood, I will hold you accountable and you must be committed. Each week we will focus on different parts of you body such as your feet,legs,core, hips and arms , my program will teach you how to maximize each body part and perform at a very high level which will separate you from your peers!

Coach Andre did an amazing job on my son's first session. My son was the youngest athlete that attended the training session and he worked closely with my son w/o taking away from the other athletes. The biggest thing that I liked was that he treated and tried to motivate my son the same way he treated his HS athletes. Coach Andre has excellent coaching skills. With just one session under his belt so far, I was able to witness my son's enthusiasm for the game of football and the work required to excel.
