More About Coach Aly

I have years of experience training athletes in speed, agility, and strength & conditioning, with a background in track & field and Mixed Martial Arts. I have trained extensively in Muay Thai and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu and have competed in amateur fights in Thailand, gaining a deep understanding of physicality, endurance, and explosive movement. I coach athletes ages 10 and up across all sports, focusing on building strength, power, and resilience to enhance overall athletic performance. My training develops the physical intensity and durability needed to excel in football, basketball, soccer, combat sports, track & field, and more.

I have a background in track & field, where I focused on sprinting and long jump, training in speed, explosiveness, and agility. My experience in Mixed Martial Arts has further developed my strength, endurance, and overall athleticism. I have competed in amateur Muay Thai fights in Thailand, which sharpened my ability to train athletes for high-intensity competition. Over the years, I have worked alongside and trained with high-level athletes, gaining first-hand knowledge of elite conditioning and performance training. My experience has allowed me to develop a high-level approach to agility, strength, and durability training for athletes in a variety of sports.

A typical session with me is designed to push athletes beyond their limits and build real speed, strength, and endurance. My training is raw and effective—no gimmicks, just hard work. Each session includes:

🔥 Dynamic Warm-Up – Mobility drills, explosive movements, and activation exercises to get the body primed for high-intensity work.
🏃 Speed & Agility Drills – Sprint mechanics, lateral movement, footwork drills, and reaction-based exercises to improve quickness and coordination.
💪 Strength & Power Development – Bodyweight resistance, explosive plyometrics, and conditioning drills to build functional strength and durability.
🔥 Mental Toughness & Conditioning – High-intensity endurance work designed to push athletes past their comfort zone and develop the grit needed to perform under pressure.

I focus on training that translates directly to game performance, whether it's football, basketball, combat sports, or track & field. My goal is simple—make you stronger, faster, and more durable so you dominate in your sport.
