More About Coach Alexandra
I am the strength and conditioning coach for the MJC track team. I have coached athletes that have committed to D1 schools, as well as middle school athletes preparing to enter high school and compete. I have also taught group Bootcamp classes for non-athletes, as well as 1v1 personal training.
I competed at varsity level all 4 years in high school and was team captain twice. We were 2-time BVAL division champions, moving from C division to B. Our 2010-2011 team went to CCS championship Division 1. I was awarded defensive player of the year and played in our division all-star game.
For the first session, I prefer to start my athletes/clients off with an assessment and quick conversation about your goals and current obstacles. Depending on your goals, I will make a workout and take you through it for the remainder of the workout. After the workout we can discuss if you like my style of coaching for you and your availability to continue sessions!

Client Reviews
C. Roy-Williams; previous MJC athlete, current athlete at Cal Poly (Testimonial)
hi--I just wanted to let you know that I sprinted for the first time in a week and my shins feel great! I cross trained all last week and stayed consistent with the stretches and exercises that you gave me.
