Cross-country

Each session begins with a quick conversation to understand the athlete’s goals and current obstacles. Next we move into a warm-up and activation to prepare the body. The main session is tailored to the athlete’s needs and covers a variety of skills (strength training, speed, agility .sprint mechanics, etc.). We close with a cool down, stretch, and a brief recap of the session to highlight progress and next steps.
