More About Coach AgiL
I have over 16 years of coaching experience, ranging from professional clubs to NCAA Division III athletics. I served as an Assistant Track & Field Coach at Lasell University and as Head Coach for Umid Sport Club. I specialize in jumps and multi-events, working with athletes from youth to international competitors. I hold IAAF Level II and USATF Level I certifications.
As a National Team athlete for 10 years, I was a multiple-time National Champion and National Cup winner. I placed 6th at the European Cup and competed internationally. My personal background includes extensive competition in long jump, triple jump, and speed events, giving me a deep understanding of high-performance mechanics and competition mindset.
A typical session begins with a dynamic warm-up focused on mobility and activation. We then move into specific technical drills tailored to your event, breaking down mechanics for immediate feedback. The core workout focuses on speed, power, or technique integration, ending with a cool-down and debrief to review progress and set goals for the next session.
