More About Coach Adesola
As a former division, one defensive back, I've had the ability of training, middle schoolers and highschoolers during my time in college and afterwards. A lot of these were volunteer opportunities that turned into one on one sessions in Cobb County and in Gwinnett County.
Former student athlete at Kennesaw State from 2016-2021. Was a part of two conference championship teams at Kennesaw State. Punt block leader and played both Cornerback, Safety, and Nickel on a top ranked defense in FCS
Also, played at powerhouse Grayson High school were an earned all county and region honors. Led team in interceptions during my time and was a team captain
I'm gonna be training future defensive backs on how to play the position. We're gonna learn certain techniques from back peddling to coverage techniques like cover 2, cover 3 and man-to-man. Also understanding stance and alignment because that's where most defensive back win pre-snap.
