As a former state champion high jumper, clearing 6’10”, and a Division I football athlete at both the University of Kentucky and the University of South Florida, I’ve had the privilege of training with a few professional teams.

I combine the discipline of a Division I athlete with proven training methods to help you build strength, improve performance, and achieve your peak physical potential.
