Yuko Kudo

I have completed 200RYT 2016, with no intention of starting to teach. However, the depth of the yoga, and the journey that took me through that ignite the spark in me. During the practice, I want you to find what feels good to you. It's not about the fancy poses, or yoga pants that's on pictures and magazines. It is really about you connecting with your breath, your body and yourself within. If you are not having fun, I'm failing you.

I grew up swimming, running, playing team handball. Yoga became part of my life later on in my life. Yet, it is my love. I practice everyday, both mentally and physically. Yoga is a journey and we are all students. Mind, body and spirit all are together.

The session is for you. It is not for me. You tell me what you need to work on, whether if it's core strength or flexibility, or more of an overall thing. Or would you like to make it more spiritual and meditation based? Setting an intention for yourself, keep you breathing, and staying in the moment are my focus.
