More About Coach William

I have coached high school runners as well as collegiate club athletes, helping them improve their speed and endurance. I work with distance runners of all levels, both new and experienced.

NCAA Division I cross country and track athlete at LMU, where I ran personal bests of 14:48 in the 5k and 3:56 in the 1500m, ranking top 20 all-time in school history. Part of the Distance Medley Relay squad that set the LMU school record. In cross country, on the team that qualified for NCAA West Regionals with the highest team finish in LMU history.

In each session, I build a personalized training plan based on your goals, racing schedule, and current fitness. I break down mileage, workouts, recovery, and pacing to fit your needs, while adjusting weekly to keep you improving and injury-free. I also provide mental strategies and race-day planning so you show up confident and prepared.
