More About Coach William

I am going into my third season as a high school football (promoted to offensive coordinator). I specialize in training Quarterbacks, Running backs and Wide receivers- work with O-Line on footwork drills and placement for multiple offensive systems. I also work with defensive backs and linebackers. We have a drills for aspiring punt returners and kick returners on special teams. I coach in Westbury, New York. During college, I started as a volunteer assistant with Union Springs modified football team. I typically work with athletes 12 and up on an individual or group level. I have my certifications in Heads Up Concussion Protocol, First Aid and CPR.

Baldwin High school. All Conference WR as a high school senior. Selected for the Lupus All-Star basketball Classic prior to my senior season. Unable to play because football camp was already underway. On the varsity level, started at three different offensive positions (QB, WR, RB). I also played Tight End. Defensively, I started at strong safety. Led the Bruins with 8 interceptions over three seasons. On special teams, I averaged over 20 yards per punt return and over 35 yards per kick return.

A client can expect to work hard and have fun while getting better on a daily basis. A typical footwork session will last an hour. We will teach beginners the basics of football. For example, running backs will learn to take handoffs from each position on the field. They will learn the proper footwork and hand placement. They will learn why these movements are applicable in game situations. Running backs will learn how to run patterns and catch the ball out of the backfield.

Wide receivers will focus on footwork and hand-eye coordination. We will work on quick burst balance and long speed with the ball in your hands. We will improve your vertical and lateral balance. We will also make you a well-conditioned athlete to prepare you for any season.

Quarterbacks will have plans coordinated with the offense their teams run. Overall, we will be able to drill quarterbacks in each offense. For example, QBs will learn the 3, 5 and 7 step drop from under center. They will learn how to get rid of the ball quickly from the shotgun and pistol formations. We will teach them passing windows and read progressions, included into their footwork and mechanics. We will work on play-action passes and bootlegs to each side.

My brother and I really enjoyed the session. It was very fun and helpful. I hope in the future we have more sessions and can improve.!

Amazing! Not just the best trainer I’ve had, but the BEST coach I ever had in general. I learned so much from our first day. He teaches everything from running routes to conditioning to fundamentals perfectly.

Coach William is an amazing coach. Currently working on everything from footwork to routes and timing for my upcoming season as a WR. Very helpful with technique and understanding in game situations. He’s great with communication and adapts to my schedule. No regrets at all.
