I worked as a Volunteer Defensive line coach for 2 years , at Norfolk Public High school in Norfolk, NE 2015-2017. I've helped prepare players with drills such as footwork, ball security, pursuit drills, route running, passing and also weight training, football camps, film study and individual drills to enhance skill and awareness physically and mentally.I am also approved by the state of Nebraska heads up safety program also licensed First Aid CPR certified in 6/7/2018-2020.
3 year starter at Hogan Prep Academy (Kansas City, MO). 2011-2014 career as a starter 12-4. Most improved Lineman and voted team captain. Blocked for over 7,000 yards. Played one year of Semi-Professional Football for the Nebraska Lawdawgs 2018. I played Defensive end/Tight end and Offensive Tackle.. was selected as team captain by teammates. 20 tackles, 2 pass deflections, 3 forced fumbles. Selected to the Midwest football league (MFL) All-Star team Rookie season. 2x Champion with the Omaha Stockmen semi professional football
A client can expect 100% effort from me to help them become a better athlete at their position. sessions will be fast paced and numerous repetitions. Drills will focus on footwork, agility, awareness, working on hand and feet techniques. Examples of workouts ( 40 yard dash, shuttle cone drills). Skill position players will also focus on catching, passing, route running etc. Lineman/ Linebackers will focus on footwork, Rip and Swim move techniques and pursuit and tackling drills. Also Clients will work on the proper way to angle and form tackle to prevent injury.
