More About Coach Weston

B.S. Kinesiology
CPT

Throughout all of HS I spent hours of self coaching to maximize my potential as an athlete. From someone who never saw the field as a freshman to starting on offense, defense, and special teams as a sophomore, I discovered the power of proper training programming in the offseason. Thereafter, I continued my development into college ball by learning from some of the best Ex-NFL and Ex-Professional players. After football, I began training athletes myself, spreading all the knowledge I accumulated from 1000s of hours of training myself. After 4 years of training and even assistant coaching Benjamin Franklin High School football team, I continue to love the work and growth experienced through the process of training. From hypertrophy to strength to skill development to explosives to footwork, I can’t get enough of creating lasting changes through training individuals into fulfilling their maximum potentials on and off the field.

Collegiate football experience as receiver / running back / kick returner.

What are the limits of an individual's potential? A question that is bound to eventually arise in everyone’s life. The same question that caught my attention in early high school and seemed to become the center of focus for the decisions I made in the following years. As a young, scrawny teen I wondered what were the limits of my physical capacity if I simply applied the most effective science-based training principles and apt nutritional/supplementation protocols, integrated with a hard work ethic and relentless consistency. After a few years, the answer was clear: how people obtain such high potential for greatness, however it needs to be unlocked through adequate methodologies.

Furthermore, through my own physical manifestation I discovered how physical training is a supplement to our mental health, mental fortitude, emotional well-being, spiritual life, quality of relationships, and intellectual pursuits. When in the pursuit of a physical goal, exercise provides the groundwork to attacking other goals in life, in an easily digestible manner.

Exercise confronts the difference between your present state and who you strive to become, and it is through the work that you transform. HPC embraces this truth and uses exercise to assist in your growth physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, intellectually, and relationally.

While every athlete requires a different approach based on skill level and position,

The Sports Performance Training Program is designed to develop athletes and provide the foundation of next level training. Our program will help the athlete increase speed and strength and decreasing an athlete's risk for injury during the season. Emphasize vision/awarness, neuromuscular system, and psychological performance under pressure.

Each individualized program incorporates:
Private 1-On-1 Training Options
Group & Small Group Training
Speed, Quickness, & Agility
Strength & Conditioning
Vision & Awareness Training
Nutritional & Supplement Consultation
Mental Perforamance Coaching

Sessions can last anywhere from 45 mins-2 hours depending on the needs of the athlete. Programs are structured to move your current skill set to your vision through a periodized program. Typically programs are structured as 1) Gain mass 2) Increase Control and Stability 3) Strength development 4) Power Development 5) Speed. Throughout all phases mobility, technique/skill development, and recovery will be emphasized. Additionally conditioning will be applied as necessary.

Recovery tools including sauna, ice bath, and massage guns are included into the session plans.
