I have practised Yoga myself for 18 years. I have coached individuals and families since July 2011.
I have trained in 2 Yoga schools in Mumbai,India.
I have Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Certification ( LicenseNo:743) obtained at the Atmananda Yoga Sequence School in New York.
I have practised and coached the Breathing Yoga- Pranayama since 2011.Yoga and Prayanama, in particular, has enabled me to expose my students/clients to specific breathing routines and techniques culled from ancient scholars like Manu.
I teach the 2 hour Breathing and Asana (combined Program) aimed at promoting Medicine Free Living and slowing the aging process.
I have been a sportsperson and excelled in swimming, tennis, squash ,football, hockey and golf.
My own Daily Yoga practice is a 1-2 hours. Both Asanas, stretches and Breathing.
The objective of the practice of Breathing /Yoga is to : Increase lung function by deep/stomach breathing
Improve oxygen intake
Strengthen the SPINE
Strengthen the MIND
De-stress the practitoner
Energise the body and spirit
Promote medicine free living
Promote slowing of the Aging Process
Develop and improve Meditative capacity
