More About Coach Vincent
I have over a decade of OL coaching experience under my belt. I started out as the Offensive Line Coach for St. Bernard HS. I worked up to Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator during my final three years at St. Bernard, where my offenses averaged over 400 yards a game. I coached Junior College for three years (SMC and El Camino College). In 2017 I was acknowledged by Gridironrr.com as the Best JuCo OL Coach in California. I just moved to Kansas to become OL Coach/Run Game Coordinator at Bethany College.
Well I had bad knees and had to stop playing football, but with that football fire still burning I started coaching at 19 years old. I created quality offensive line/tight end play as one of the youngest varsity offensive coordinators in the country, as I was only 22 years old at the time.
My session plan is very simple. You need two things to be a great offensive lineman: good feet and disciplined upper body aggression. After we warm up, my sessions include work that will discipline your feet, increase your explosiveness, and focus your power.
