I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer-W.I.T.S. Certified. I have obtained my Personal Fitness Certification at Cal State University, Dominguez Hill. I currently train softball / volleyball athletes ages 12-18 years. I have completed my internship at Next Level Gym in Whittier, CA. I have been training athletes for 4 years.

I train athletes in Speed & Agility, Functional Fitness, Bootcamp-Cardio Fitness, and Strength & Conditioning. I am a long distance runner and design my workouts around a sports specific model. I also Cross Fitness Train.

A Sports Conditioning session will include: Dynamic warm-up & proper running technique, Speed & agility drills using cones, ladders & hurdles, Cross fitness training with focus on core strength /conditioning using body weight, medicine balls & resistance bands, Sprint / running conditioning, and Injury prevention & proper stretching
