I have coached the sport of track and field for ten years for various high schools in the Baltimore City area. I am also head sprint coach for Baltimore City track and field Club. Many athletes are now excelling in the NCAA and also professionally. I am ustfccaa and usatf level 1 certified.

As a high schooler I competed for Mergenthaler Vo tech and was a four time state champion. My premier event was the hurdles which I was city record holder and two All- Metro award winner. On the college level I competed for Lincoln University and Coppin State University and received many athletic and academic awards.

I believe any athlete can be successful if they follow my three H program (Healthy, Hungry, and Humble). I am also a teacher so I believe instruction is important so to learn the proper way run effectively I will use various routine to help coordination and explosiveness.
