I've taught Yoga, Mindfulness (Meditation) at the typical mom and pop's Yoga and mindfulness Centers across North America. New York, Chicago, SF, and LA. But I enjoy, combining Yoga, Meditation (Mindfulness), Improv (Play/Acting) to teach at Universities and Colleges.
By combining the three elements, I hope to give clients a sense of overall confidence with their bodies/minds/spirits.
I made the commitment when i was 16 to treat my body as a person. I bought an Elastic band, and made a commitment to stretch at least twice a day (sometimes 5).
The simple act to stretch has enormous benefits psychologically, physiological, and physical that can improve your overall well-being.
I specialize in connecting the Mind and Body to the present moment. To bring more awareness to the Breath, Body, and Mind.
