More About Coach Tyrone

Since I graduated from high school, I have had 14+ years of personal training when it comes to coaching track and cross country and receivers for football.
I have coached at the minor, school, and elite level for ages 5-65 years of age. I have helped coach runners that attend Denton High School, StoneGate Christian Academy, Shallowater High School, Patton Springs High School, Whiteface High School, Argyle High School, UNT, Texas Tech, and in the Military. I also operate a private running camp/program that allows youths and students to excel in school sports such as Cross Country and Track. In the military I've coached many soldier/athletes up to becoming great runners overseas and in the States.

I'm affiliated with USATF, NFHS , Flotrack, TAPP and the NCAA

When I work one on one with a(n) athlete, I tend to work on the weakness of the athlete and tweak up his/her specialties.

Coach Tyrone quickly setup some drills for my son, and even had a little trick to correct a breathing issue he identified right away. Drills were cutting edge, with clear reasons for performing them. Great attitude as well -- tough but still epathetic.

Coach Tyrone was great. I like how he incorporated a soccer ball in his speed training and it was a lot of fun for my son. We look forward to more sessions and benefiting from Tyrone’s expertise and enthusiasm. I would highly recommend.

Both of my boys (12 year old & 14 year old) had a first great session with Coach Tyrone! They got a great workout and learned some great tips. My 12 year old needs help with his running technique and we've already seen improvement from the first session. My 14 year old wants to work on his speed, which Coach Tyrone gave good tips and provided great drills. When we got in the car to leave, I asked both (exhausted) boys if they wanted another session and the immediate answer was "yes" by both. Coach Tyrone was fantastic! We are looking forward to future sessions.

Coach Tyrone is AWESOME!! He dedicated his time to train my daughter when she didn’t have much coaching at school. He’s helped and is still helping her get to where she was before and /or get even better. My daughter needed someone who would push her hard and workout with her so she could get motivated and she has fun at the same time.
