We don’t just train athletes to perform we train them to recover and stay on the floor. Our post-game recovery and restoration strategies include mobility, targeted stretching, active recovery, and hydration protocols designed to maximize availability, minimize injury risk, and maintain peak performance game after game. Confidence Sports Performance isn’t just about workouts, we develop complete athletes. Every athlete we train is assessed, tracked, and progressed using sports-specific training,conditioning. We build habits through hydration that improve energy, focus, and recovery. When athletes are properly hydrated, they move better, think faster, and reduce injury risk.
Attended Chowan University. Throughout my athletic career I am the recipient of MVP (3 times), defensive player of the year (1 time), military basketball, Coaching career (2 regular season championships), performance trainer at 2 colleges, strength and conditioning coach, Performance coach, personal trainer. Currently I have 4 athletes playing in college.
Each client can expect a range of proper strength training mechanics, speed, agility, and conditioning, sport-specific skill development, injury prevention, and long term athletic growth.
