More About Coach Tyler

I have coached basketball skills/shooting for 5+ years and am now a strength and conditioning coach. I currently work at Bando Performance in Wellesley, MA and Dirty Water Fitness in Cambridge, MA. At Bando, I work with athletes of varying sports and ages while at Dirty Water, I work with adults. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I also have online clients of varying levels and ages.

I played basketball primarily through my whole life and was a walk on at Texas A&M University. I also played a little semi pro in Flint, MI in the TBL.

We will start with a dynamic warmup which is some active stretching along with drills on the turf to get warmed up and ready. We then move into jumps, ladders, sprints, change of direction work etc all depending on the day and goals etc. We would then do strength specific training after that.
