My background in Strength & Conditioning have developed programs for male and female athletes from Middle School through college and Master Class. Bring over thirty years as a competitor, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer. Eight years as a Middle School and High School S&C along with Track & Field Coach.

Work one-season as S&C Coach for the Summit/Capital Volleyball Club, Plano TX. Worked with numerous college volleyball & football off-season training. Currently provide HS combine training for several football players. S&C training also for T&F; Soccer; Softball, etc.

Certifications: USA Weightlifting Advanced Sport Performance & Weightlifting Coach; ISSA Strength & Conditioning: Functional Movement Screen (FMS) L-1; Bigger Faster Stronger (BFS) Strength Coach and Weight room Safety; USA Track Field (USATF) L-1; Cooper Certified PT & Resistance Training Specialist;NFPT Certified PT & Resistance Training Specialist; numerous NSCS seminars; Three (3) USAWL Coaching Certification obtained at the Olympic Training Center, Colorado Springs, Co.; Combine 360 Certification obtained at the IMG Sports Academy, Bratenden Beach FL.
Was ask to assist in the USA Bobsled SW Combine 2010. Will be working the USA Rugby American Eagle Training Camp, Allen Tx the weekend of May 22. Bachelors & Masters Degrees

Competed in both Power lifting and Olympic Style Weightlifting. USATF All-American ranking at 55 & 60m indoors and 100 & 200m outdoors (masters class)

There are many variables when developing programs for athletes that must be taken into consideration. Their Sport;Age;Body Type; Physical & Emotional maturity; How many sessions a week; in-season or out-of- season. Injuries current & past. I prefer to perform the seven step Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to better assess the athlete.

My training programs will be built around determining and improving on their physical weaknesses. What are their goals? Liner Speed;Lateral Speed; Explosive Power; Prue Strength; Strength Endurance; Muscle Mass; Body Control, etc.
