More About Coach Troy

I started coaching at Nike Swim Camps in college. After I graduated I began coaching age group, masters, and high school swimmers. Most recently I worked at The Race Club in San Diego where I worked with all levels, ranging from novice swimmers to Paralympians to national record holders

I started my athletic career as a soccer player. In high school I transitioned into a local competitive swim program, where I was a part of two top ten relays at Jr Nationals. In college I swam at UCSC and was a part of the Dlll NCAA championships for two years in a row, earning All American honors and helping our team to a 10th place finish overall in 2007. I held school records in the 50 free, and was a part of al of our record setting relays while I was in school.

First we will start with a brief talk about what your current training plan is, then we will move into goal setting. From there, we can start to work out a plan for you to meet your goals with training methods that include stretching, strength training, mental training, and swimming.
