More About Coach Trev

I am a lifelong athlete with 15+ years in the military as well as the father of four boys (who I train and coach as well). Along with being CPR certified I am a NASE (National Association of Speed and Explosion) Certified Speed Specialist and hold the USTFCCCA (United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association) Track and Field Technical Certification. I focus on training youth athletes through collegiate athletes.

I am a lifelong athlete and self proclaimed speed junkie. I ran track at the AAU levels when I was younger and in High School. I played youth and HS football. My personal bests are handtimed 10.4/21.9/49.3.

I am a big fan of the Vertimax so I employ it in the Strength, Agility and Speed development of youth athletes. I also utilize the prowler, sled, parachutes and ladders. Weights will be introduced as clients progress through ability assessments. I always open each session with a dynamic warm up and close with a static stretching cool down.
