More About Coach Trevor
I have been a CoachUp coach for over a year for basketball. Before and during that time I have been coaching girls volleyball for a local middle school for 3 years now. Before that I coached boys basketball at an area high school for three years. Before that in college I played basketball for Saint Martin's University. During that time I learned strength training through all the rigours workouts college athletes have to go through. I have been advising my current CoachUp athletes on strength tips, it's only now I wish to add it as an additional option.
I competed at the collegiate level for both basketball, 4 years, and Track and Field, 2 years. Both at Saint Martin's University in Lacey, Washington. Both sports provided me with detailed and rigorous strength and conditioning programs and techniques which I have memorized and modeled into my adult life. I started my collegiate career around a soaking wet 200lbs and through the strength program I finished at 240lbs of muscle. My strength coach compared my results of lifting tests to other players across the country and I was similar on average. My leg press out ranked 90% of college centers at the time, 740lbs.
For strength and conditioning training I start them off with light stretching and jogging. Each session can either be tailored for what the client's needs and wants are or I can design something for them. Plyometrics can be utilized, I have access to boxes and steps. Varying levels of cardio: dots, lines, ladders, bike, and Track are all available to me. I can also bring in medicine balls and v yoga balls to work on core strength. I also have access to free weights. I will vary between workouts of different sets: 3, 5, or burn outs.

Treavor is fantastic! My daughter had her first session today and Treavor is exactly what we’re looking for. He pinpointed her strengths and made adjustments in other areas while building her confidence. We have found a great match in Treavor!

Just booked one session to start with because I was looking to experiment with it, but will be booking more. Being the first session, Trevor took time to assess me and my skills and what I'm good at and where I need to improve and was patient with me as he did so. In just one session, he pointed out some deficiencies in my form that I would not have discovered on my own. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what else I can learn to help my game fundamentally and be the best basketball player that I can be.

Coach Trevor was great! I appreciate his expertise in communicating with younger kids and am confident he and my son will ultimately be successful with my son's progress with basketball. My son had fun too, which is pretty important.
Kristie (CoachUp client)
Coach Trevor was very engaging and attentive to my son's desires for improvement. He spent a short period of time assessing these areas both through conversation and drill work and offered his advice on the level of improvement needed. My son found the interaction positive and would like to pursue further instruction from Trevor.
