More About Coach Travante
I trained athletes at a training facility called KPS here in the greater Atlanta area for a year. I've helped coach kids from peewee all the way to highschool. I can work with kids from all age groups.
Played Qb in highschool and was voted all-state as an athlete. From there I went to Auburn University an spent four great years there. Tore my Acl my freshman year, but we ended up winning the National Championship in my sophmore season(2010).
You will get great training from a college level. Plenty drills for any position that some high schooler probably aren't doing, but that they will aee at the next level. Hips are a big part of football so we will definitely get those hips flexible and will go through an extensive warm up before we get started training. We will always end with a finisher to wear the player would have to go through a series of drills as if it were a overtime game. I want to see how you think when your tired!
