While growing up I played AAU baseball which help me get a baseball scholarship for high school. Also while growing up I boxed in the amateur ranks and won the golden gloves numerous times. Throughout high school I was a 2 sport academic athlete which inch in turn helped me to obtain a baseball scholarship for college where I played 3 of my 4 years.

The typical flow of our initial session would be first a meet and greet. Once we get the paperwork done we typically move on to what I call a success phase where we do measurements, three fold pinch, bmi, and a fitness assessment to determine the clients fitness level. Once we finish gathering our data we typically put together a workout that's prescribed based off of the assessment results as well as the clients goals. After we finish the session I stretch the client out in a professional fashion to prevent the client from developing "DOMS" Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.
