More About Coach Tony

At a young age, I have worked my way up to the Men's Basketball Division 1 level as a coach for 5 years. Most recently coaching at The University of Connecticut (UConn), and previously at The University of Central Florida, both competing in the American Athletics Conference. In a top tier organization who has won 4 National Championships since 1999, it was part of my job to get our players individual workouts and ready for competing at the highest level, as well as ready for the NBA and other professional leagues. I also run and direct various top-level camps across the country. I have been coaching all levels from kindergartens, to training current NBA players for 8 years now.

I was fortunate enough to work hard and win a state championship in high school. I also had a scholarship to play at Aurora University in Illinois. I actually played football in college and worked my way into the starting rotation within my first year. In the offseason, I helped with the men's basketball program at Aurora, where I fell in love with the process and knew where my passion was. I transferred to UCF to coach basketball at the highest level in order to make an immediate impact in the basketball world. I believe having both football and basketball in my background has helped me with training my athlete, and being able to relate to a bigger variety of athletes.

You can expect elite level training with precision like no other, a professional approach, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. You will also be pushed past your comfort zone. I train everyone to the highest level, and that has given the best results for improvement. Focus will be on footwork, ball handling, attacking and finishing at the rim, shooting, game like actions, and basketball IQ!

Client Reviews

Very solid training I have ever received.

Coach Tony is a great coach. As soon as he arrived he came with a set mind and ready to go, not wasting anytime and ready to train. My son loved him and even said he made him work on body parts where he had never felt pain before so that is how I know he was making him work. I recommend this coach !!

Coach Tony was great. He asked me what my goals were to start out, and really payed a great amount of attention to what I specifically needed. Not only did he improve my basketball skills, but he vastly improved my athletic ability to. Once I did a session with him, I knew I found the trainer for me. I have been training with him for 2 years now, and have recommended him to many of my friends.
Tony's training style is second to none! His attention to detail and ability to help me reach beyond my goals, was everything I was searching for. Not only was he sensitive to my basketball training, but he really cared about me as a person which I highly valued. Tony has a high-level basketball IQ with all his experience and it showed through his training and with my results!
