First we will go through an assessment which will include a discussion and a short field test. Then I typically take video that I will analyze and send to the athlete. The remainder of the session will be drill work and a written recommendation of strengths, weakness and things the athlete will need to do consistently in order to improve.

Great Coach!

Tony was great. We've only had one session so far and he packed in a ton of stuff in a one hour period, which was great, and his follow up was fast and thorough.

Great job. Flexible, understanding, compassionate. Thanks tony!

I had a great session with Tony who provided insightful advice about tips for improving my running form and overall fitness. He also came prepared and took some videos with a go-pro to provide additional feedback on my running stances with a video and picture breakdown that he sent me afterwards. Tony took the time to understand my level of running and my goals and sent me videos and articles to practice on my own. Would definitely recommend his expertise for your next coach-up session!

I started swimming seriously for the first time with the Boston University masters (the "BUMS") 10 months ago. As you'll see in the video, I still have so much to improve in my swimming, but that's what makes it so fun and exciting. Thanks to Tony Rich for the great feedback!! Oh, and at the beginning I'm saying how much I suck at diving and don't want to do it. LOL Yay for lifelong learning!
