I have played professional soccer for over ten years. I have worked with some of the best trainers along the way. I am able to work with clients at all levels. And can tailor the session to what the clients goals and needs.

All sessions will be based on the clients needs. But I general session would include a warm up and stretching. I would include 3 to 4 curcuits that would involve upper body lower body and core exercise. I would conclude the session with abdominals and cool down.
