I ran a 4.28 in the 40yd dash which can be verified! I played at Chaminade Madonna And won a state Title, I also played running back at Troy University in Alabama for 4 years.

My focus is in all aspects of physical performance which includes: Speed, Agility, & Conditioning as. An athlete can expect a thorough warm up followed by the core workout session which is based on the athletes needs and is concluded with a stretch session.
