In-Person Training
for a single athlete
1 session package with Coach Tim. 60 minute session length
Session Length: 1 hour
$50 1 session + applicable fees
Online Training
for a single athlete
This package includes a 3 month training plan to get ready for a race anywhere from 5k to marathon. It includes a consultation about your goals and availability as well as a customized workout log.
Session Length: 12 weeks
$120 1 session + applicable fees
In-Person Training
for up to 3 athletes
I will give you workouts / exercises to help you improve in either the 100/110H or the 400H. Major emphasis on form and deep dive into strategy for 400H
Session Length: 1 hour

We will work on drills that enhance your form and overall ability to throw the shot put further and safer!

I have been a head coach at a high school in Essex County for 7 years. My teams have had an incredible amount of success. I have coached distance runners who have been ranked top 10 in the state in their event. I make training fun and exciting! My teams have won multiple State Championships and recently my Cross Country team won the Essex County Championship (first time in school history!)
